Another polish from the upcoming Paint It Pretty Polish Magnetic collection. I Don’t See the Attraction is a magnetic blue to purplish-blue duochrome. Plus it is Canadian so a great time to skip worrying about potential tariffs along with regular customs at the border. I have had these since Indie Expo Canada and it has been killing me not to post a picture of my nails with this one. It holds the magnetic line really well and is so gorgeous in the sun.
Swatches of I Don’t See The Attraction by Paint it Pretty Polish
Not just sunlight, I Don’t See The Attraction is gorgeous indoors too. It is hard to pick up the more purple shift but you can see it a little on my ring finger. If you use a really strong magnet, you get a little more black at the edges. I used the cat eye magnet that can be bought alongside the polish for just $2.
Not the best angle, but you can see a little more of the purple-blue shift in this magnetic duochrome. Unlike many polishes that look great under blogger lights but not so great in person, Paint it Pretty Polish’s I Don’t See The Attraction had random people asking me what I was wearing, as did Chick Magnet from the same collection.
Paint it Pretty Polish I Don’t See The Attraction Swatches in Sunlight
As much as this is beautiful indoors, it does really shine in sunlight. You get a darker line where the magnet is held with a bright blue around it. You tend to see the more purple shift of the duochrome around the edges in sunlight. It does need a third coat for full opacity but does not necessarily need a black base.
