Garnier Fructis Damage Eraser – The Big Influenster Reveal & Review

As I mentioned, I was reviewing a L’Oreal product through Influenster and we received the actual product this week.

shampooGarnier Fructis Damage Eraser SHAMPOO: As I mentioned in my earlier blog post, the shampoo is not as sudsy as many shampoos.  Yes, the suds are an additive and don’t really “clean” but they do make sure you get it everywhere.  However I do not use more of it than usual and get a better hairwash by massaging it in.

conditionerGarnier Fructis Damage Eraser  CONDITIONER: My feelings have not changed since I reviewed the sample, love this conditioner and will be buying it in the future.  I have quite coarse wavy hair and usually need a lot to tame the birds nest my hair will become but a little goes a long way with this conditioner which is great as it needs less rinsing.  It left my hair shiny, soft and bouncy without being so weightless that it frizzed and was a hassle to style and smells delicious!

bandageGarnier Fructis Damage Eraser BANDAGE (SPLIT END SERUM): Time will tell if the Phyto-Keratin complex and cupuaçu butter in this does help heal your hair but as a bandage, it certainly does make the ends look tamer, straighter and less frizzy.  It is not greasy and a little goes a long way to making your hairstyle look even better.

butterGarnier Fructis  Damage Eraser Strength Reconstucting BUTTER: This was not included in our samples but wow when you add it to the hair care routine, Fructis blows some really expensive haircare lines out of the water.  I coloured my hair last week and you know you get that amazing feeling right after the colour but the next wash leaves you thinking oh no the chemicals ruined my hair!  This completely fixed that.  I washed my hair as normal, then massaged this all over and let is sit for 5 minutes then rinsed with lukewarm water.  The difference in my hair is amazing.  My hair styled easily and less frizz.
OVERALL: I love the Garnier Fructis Damage Eraser hair care line and will definitely be buying it. I have used Fructis before and while they smell amazing, they just didn’t work for my hairtype.  My hair has gotten used to the EverPure line and while I love the no sulphate line, my hair seems to be growing faster than the colour wears out anyway so I would rather have the great feeling this product line leaves and colour a little more often.
