A good red is hard to find for me. Many give me lobster hands and as a fan of blues and purples, I am just fussier about them in general. Maybe because growing up my dad would tell us to take off bright red lipstick or polish. When I do wear red, I prefer darker reds and if its special enough to wear a red, something other than a creme finish. So Paint it Pretty Polish Can You Make This Sparkle is a winner for me.
A bit more opaque than the other holos in the collection, Can You Make This Sparkle? by Paint it Pretty Polish was opaque in two coats, even under my lights. It is a medium-dark red holographic polish with a berry tone.

Paint it Pretty Polish Can You Make This Sparkle applies well. The formula is less sheer than some of the others but isn’t thick either. It levelled well on the second coat. The holo in it shows up even in normal lighting conditions and the medium dark red looks like it would work for all skin tones.
