Sinful Colors Queen of Beauty Alphabet Nails Review

I own a single polish with a name starting with Q and it is not the most exciting choice for #alphabetnails.  Sinful Colors Queen of Beauty is a plain silver glitter in a clear base.  No holo, just smallish silver glitter.  There is nothing wrong with it, just with so many colourful polishes it seems boring.  It is a nice topper with a decent amount of glitter and not overly chunky on the nail.  The silver looks to be true silver and not slightly coloured like many silvers too.

Sinful Colors Queen of Beauty Brush Review

Sinful Colors Queen of Beauty does suffer a little from having too much base to the glitter so it is best when sponged on to minimize the amount of polish on the nail unless you want a more sparse topper look.  For my #alphabetnails mani I wanted full silver so I sponged it over nail vinyls (from Born Pretty) with Quo Turquoise Moonlight as a base.  It would probably look amazing over black but since I was wearing the Quo polish.

As you can see, the vinyls pulled my base polish slightly on the tips despite wearing it for a day.  Queen of Beauty sponged well with full opacity in two spongings and despite the glitter, left fairly clean lines.

Check back next week to see what I come up with for the letter R.

    1. I buy them and never fall in love with them. Then I think 2-3 of them would get me a bottle of Zoya so why bother. Then a new collection comes out and I think ohhh its only $4 LOL

  4. This is really eye catching! I never would have thought to do a mani like this with a glitter topper. Lovely

  5. Sponging Queen of Beauty ends up looking like you just poured glitter on your nails! That is great!

  6. This might be a simpler polish, but it looks stunning over the turquoise!

  7. I love this challenge because it challenges me to see what I would use for the lettered of the alphabet. I don’t own any thing for ‘Q’. I need to change that!

  8. I LOVE how you used the polish here! Oh wow! I never would have guessed this glitter would get that opaque but then I always forget about the option of sponging! Looks so good!

  9. You paired it perfectly! I don’t even think I own a polish that starts with the letter Q
