I mentioned Lunah in my preview for Craftadian but they deserve their own post because their Detox Salt Body Polish is amazing and I am loving the Citrus and Vanilla scent. Nicole is a personal/wellness coach and a registered holistic nutritionist. Her line of celestial apothecary skincare is designed to help your body and still smell great. This all natural skincare line is handmade in small batches, vegan, gluten free and all that good stuff. Let’s be honest here, sometimes that means that products suck. I have piles of jars of natural stuff around that I tried a few times and thought meh. But Lunah has made it onto the list of products I want to buy.
LUNAH Detox Salt Body Polish in Citrus Vanilla Review
Lunah Detox Salt Body Polish in Citrus & Vanilla sold me on the brand. When I opened my bag of products, I could smell this right away. Salt with citrus and vanilla doesn’t sound like the perfect combo in my head but it works. Made with Citrus Essential Oils, Vanilla, Dead Sea Salt, Pink Himalayan Salt and Mango Butter this is the perfect mix of exfoliant and moisturizer. Not too rough, but enough to exfoliate both your face and body.
Nicole recommends using it for everything from exfoliating before tanning, stimulating the nodes in your breasts to keep the garbage moving out, stimulating lymphatic system by rubbing on your lymph nodes and more.
Lunah Citrus and Vanilla Detox Salt Body Polish Ingredients: Himalayan Pink Salt, Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salt), Dendritic Salt, Dead Sea Salt, Cocos Nucifera (Unrefined Coconut) Oil, Mangifera Indica (Mango) Butter, Vitis Vinifera (Grapeseed) Oil, Leuconostoc/Radish Root Ferment, Essential oil blend of citrus oils, Vanilla Absolute, Benzoin, and Natural Coconut Flavouring.

LUNAH Face & Body Cream in Frankincense & Jasmine Review
I will admit, a cream that is supposed to work for my body and face freaks me out a little. My ultra combination skin is not a huge fan of the few times I have used body lotion on my face. It does get a bit easier with natural products where they use oils and green products that you know exactly what is in it. Lunah Face and Body Cream is Neem Oil based to hydrate, fight wrinkles and reduce breakouts. They added Frankincense for skin health (it can help with reducing the appearance of stretch marks or scars when used right away) and Jasmine for skins elasticity and balancing.
It smells great. Not Citrus and Vanilla great but still something I am happy to open up. I do find it a bit much for my face used morning and night but is great as a night cream. It just melts into the skin and is perfect for dry elbows etc though.
Ingredients: Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter Fruit, Theobroma Cacao (Cocao) Butter, Mangifera Indica (Mango) Butter, Cocos Nucifera (Unrefined Coconut) Oil, Azadirachta Indica (Neem) Oil, Vitis Vinifera (Grapeseed) Oil, Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary Antioxidant CO2) Extract, Citrus Grandis (Grapefruit) Seed Extract, Alpha Tocopherol (Vitamin E) Oil, Essential Oil blend.

My Lunah Shopping List
I received these two products as part of a Craftadian preview, but there are a number of items from Lunah’s line that have made it onto my shopping list for Craftadian tomorrow.
- Lunah Shower Steamers $4 each – while you know I love bath bombs, I don’t have time for a relaxing bath all the time and love shower steamers. They come in four scents, Choose from Cold & Flu, Get Sh*! Done, Happy Happy Yeah Yeah and Relax Already. They have bath bombs too, of course. Bath bombs always make it onto my list.
- French Kiss Lip Scrub by Lunah Life $8/1oz – my lips are gross lately. Probably just the same stress that is making my skin both dry and breaking out but this peppermint and vanilla scrub is on my list.
- Lunah Mini Mani Kit $30 – well duh, I need the mani kit always! Actually, I just need the cuticle oil from this trio of 2oz Detox Salt Body Polish, 2oz Body Lotion and Cuticle Oil.
- Facial Steam in Glow & Hydrate by Lunah $8 – I need a little self care & love at the moment. You add a spoon of these herbs to hot water and steam your face for 10-15 minutes.
Lunah Celestial Apothecary will be at Craftadian tomorrow in Hamilton if you want to save on shipping but you can shop online here.

I love hearing about new natural, indie Canadian brands! Those scrubs look heavenly 🙂
It really is nice. The scent is amazing and salt rather than sugar is a nice change too
