It a blue base with a purple shimmer and aqua/purple/blue colour shifting flakes along with a holo finish.

The holo in Blue Jays way by Paint it Pretty Polish is stronger than shown in my photos. A nice bright medium blue. The flakies make it look bumpy but it was smooth to the touch. It is just the light reflecting off them.

The shade of blue is very light dependent. Indoors, it appears dustier and a bit darker while in sunlight, you get a brighter vibrant blue.
