Everything Is Better Purple! Paint it Pretty Polish had purple lovers like me in mind with this one.  It is a medium purple, not too warm or cool with strong linear holo.  At $10, it is affordable and Canadian.  Available on Etsy only, Paint it Pretty Polish is a local-ish indie nail polish maker.

This is the second polish from the Paint it Pretty Polish holographic collection I am sharing.  If you missed the beautiful blue Midnight Sparkle, check it out here.  Everything Is Better Purple is easier to work with than the blue.  The formula is not quite as thick and slightly slower drying so no bald patches from brush strokes on the same coat.

As with most of this collection, I needed a third coat when taking photos under my lights.  But it would probably be ok with just two coats under normal lighting.  With an overly visible nail line and shining two bright lights at 6am, I usually need a third anyway.  Coats dry quickly and it levels well so three coats was not an issue for me.

As with most holographic polishes, a glossy top coat helps bring out the holo in Everything Is Better Purple.  This is not as matte looking as Midnight Sparkle without it but an extra glossy shine brings out the beauty of this polish.
