I used my Whats Up Nails Graveyard Vinyls three ways so you can decide which works for you.  Polishes used include a base of My Indie Polish The Beaches.  A gradient using China Glaze Crown for Whatever from the recent Halloween Happily Never After collection.  Then on my thumb I have a base of A England King Cophetua and used Seche Calla Lily to sponge on over the vinyls.

You can use Whats Up Nails vinyls in three ways.  Use the stencil part (shown on the left) and paint the spaces, removing it quickly before the polish dries.  Or use the vinyl design part to stick to your nail.  Alternatively, stick it to your nail and sponge on polish above it to give a foggy look like I did on my thumb.  The stencils come in different sizes so you can use a smaller one on your baby finger and bigger on your thumb.

Starting with the most typical use.  I did a base of My Indie Polish The Beaches and China Glaze Crown for Whatever on four nails.  Going from light at the tips so the vinyl design shows better to a dark sky night.  I then applied the stencil side of the Graveyard Vinyls to three nails and sponged on A England King Cophetua.  Sponging the polish on with a makeup sponge helps absorb some of the liquid so you get better colour without excess polish.  Then remove the stencil carefully before the polish dries to get clean lines.

On my baby finger, I used the same gradient but used the other part of the Whats Up Nails Graveyard Stencils and simply stuck it to my nail.  I capped the tip of my nail with King Cophetua to help with wear time.  Then added top coat to seal the vinyl to the nail.  Unless you have super square tips, you will need to use a small scissors to clip the vinyl to the shape of your nail.

Probably my favourite way to use Whats Up Nail Vinyls.  For this design, I started with a base of A England King Cophetua.  Once dry, I added the bottom part of the nail stencil to my nail and sponged Seche Calla Lily above it to give a foggy night look behind the graveyard.  I will probably do these again on all of my nails for Halloween.
