Color Club Mood Polish Serene Green Formula

Possibly my favourite from the collection, Color Club Serene Green is not very serene nor green.  This thermal mood polish transitions from teal when warm to indigo-purple when cold.  As you can see on the brush, a nice opaque formula.  Still needs two coats for full opacity but it is beautiful.  Unlike some of the others. the bottle colours are not very indicative of how it will look on the nail.  The cold state leans darker than the bottle while the warm is a different tone.

This one does prefer the warm state so the transition temperature is a little different.  I still get some of the darker indigo on my short tips naturally but it took a lot of ice water to get it to stay dark long enough to photograph.  It was a warm day though.  I love thermals in the winter when the weather helps with showing both colours.

The formula on this is great.  Thick and opaque enough for two coats but not so thick that it hard to work with.  The dry time is decent and I had no issues stamping after 15 minutes unlike Old Soul (coming soon) which dries slowly.  Some of the polishes dry darker, especially when top coat is added but this does not.  A real plus as I love the colours and it has a leather-matte type finish without topcoat.
