Another day, another #CBBNov prompt. Actually, having only two a week has been really nice. Even if I haven’t been perfectly sticking to the posting schedule. The second prompt for this week is leaves and since I pulled out my fall and winter themed stamping accessories, this was an easy one for me. I used three stamping polishes to give the leaves different colours and loved the final look.
Joy and Polish Spiced Plum stamped with BPL024 and Mundo de Unas Gold, Copper and Merry
Starting with a base of two coats of Joy & Polish’s Spiced Plum. Once dry, using Born Pretty Store BP-L024 I dropped a little each of Mundo de Unas in Copper, Gold and Merry (pink) and blended them with the scraping card. I love how these came out. I wish I used a slightly darker red rather than Merry but it shows so well over the base. You can see a little of the copper on the bottom of the second image but it blended into the pink more than the pink did.
It has felt a bit more like winter than fall this week, but I still love fall leaves for nail art.

I can’t say that I’ve ever heard of Joy and Polish before. This is a lovely manicure, but yay for new brands to check out!
They are a local indie maker, she has an etsy store but is usually at craft shows etc near me. I just picked up one of her holiday shades that will be up on the blog soon
