June Empties Garnier The Body Shop Aveeno Maybelline Batistle

It is no surprise that I don’t have a lot of empties this month.  We got rid of a lot of close to empty products when sorting ahead of the move so my June empties are mostly things I have used up after opening new ones this month with a few that I did not want to throw away before the move.

June Empties Aveeno Garnier Batiste

Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Butter Rich shampoo and conditioner were (non-blogger) samples I received.  I have piles of shampoo to try out but since these arrived after we packed up my stash, they got used up first.  I am actually quite surprised at the quality of these for drug store hair care.  I have tried some Fructis shampoos in the past and while the conditioners are decent, they just didn’t work for my hair.  If I didn’t have so much to try, I would probably buy these again if I wanted to save instead of spending on higher end haircare.

Batiste Dry Shampoo for Dark & Deep Brown Hair I go through fairly regularly, especially in summer so expect to see this in more than just my June empties.  My hair is long and thick so it takes forever to dry and straighten.  With the hot weather lately, the longer I can go without washing my hair the better so I have used more than usual.  I already have another bottle of this on the go.

Aveeno Fig + Shea Butter Body Wash is one I picked up on sale.  It is decent but there are many I prefer.  I would certainly use it again though if it was cheap.

June Empties Clean and Clear Maybelline The Body Shop

Clean & Clear Morning Burst Facial Scrub is one I had not used in a while but did not throw out as I had no scrubs and was not allowed to buy any until we moved (because seemingly moving a box of skincare plus lots of nail polish is too much).  Since I had already put it aside in my bathroom, no surprise that it will not be repurchase.

Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Primer is another one I had not used for a while but I found I really liked it.  It is silky and keeps my makeup looking great even in this heat.

The Body Shop Peppermint Reviving Foot Soak is another one I use regularly.  The cooling sensation of peppermint is great on a hot day so after using this one up, I am already well into the next tub.

The Body Shop Seaweed Mattifying Day Cream again is a regular favourite so no surprise this one is in my June empties.  It is light, keeps me looking matte for hours, even on my very oily t-zone but does not dry out the rest of my skin.
