While Starbucks is known for their coffee, they do have some great teas too (and their Tazo come in mesh bags so you rarely get any tea leaves in your tea). This is great for a tea lover such as myself. Teavana also accepts Starbucks Rewards if you want an even bigger selection of teas.
Some of my favourites teas that you can find there:
- Teavana Shaken Iced Green Tea Lemonade (served at Starbucks)
- Tazo Awake Brewed Tea
- Chocolate Chai Tea Latte
Like their coffee, Starbucks’ Tazo Teas are ethically sourced and they are part of the Ethical Tea Partnership. Ethical Tea strives to produce tea in an environmentally and socially responsible way that includes improving the lives of tea workers. They are also part of the CHAI (Community Health and Advancement Initiative) project, a joint partnership with Mercy Corps. This project targets the needs of tea and spice growing communities with health services and economic development to which they have donated $2.4 million to help improve lives.
I want to thank you for visiting my blog and encourage you to follow me for new posts, so I am giving away a $25 Starbucks gift certificate.
