Getting Ready For Spring Weather With Avon Skincare

Avon Moisture Therapy Ultra Hydration Lotion and Scrub Skincare

Avon Moisture Therapy Ultra Hydration Lotion and Scrub Skincare

Maybe it is age.  This winter was not as harsh as some in past years but my skin has really suffered.  On a good day, my skin takes the term combination as a challenge.  My t-zone can look like teenage greasiness while I get dry patches and my body is often dry too.  I have tried a number of new skincare options over the past few months but fell in love with the Moisture Therapy Ultra Hydration line from Avon.

I tried out the body lotion and scrub from the line but there is also an intensive treatment.  The Avon Moisture Therapy Petrolatum Ointment helps prevent and temporarily protects chapped or cracked skin.  it is formulated to especially help reduce dryness on elbows and knees. My skin is not so dry that it needs it as I found the duo I tried to be enough but for those who do, the option is there.

Avon Moisture Therapy Ultra Hydration Scrub and Body Lotion

The scrub manages to be both moisturizing and exfoliating at the same time.  With a lot of dry skin to get rid of before showing more skin in the warmer weather, I love a good scrub.  This one was so gentle on the skin while using.  I hate the feeling that they are actually scratching my skin to get rid of the dry skin.  But it exfoliates so well in comparison to how gentle it is.  Definitely going on my repurchase list as he has been using it daily to scrub away dirt and construction mess!

The matching Avon Moisture Therapy Ultra Hydration Body Lotion is meant for really dry skin and gives that burst of hydration you need after a good exfoliating session.  I have even been using it on my hands and love it.  The lotion is light, absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave you greasy while giving the same hydration I would usually need a body butter to get.

All three of the Ultra Hydration line products are available now and have a regular price of $10 each.

Avon Anew Sheet Masks - Firming and Brightening

Avon ANEW Sheet Masks

Who doesn’t love the pampering of a good sheet mask?  These are on the pricier side for face masks at $30 for 4 masks but do leave your skin feeling amazing.  The masks themselves are good quality.  They form to the face well and unlike many, actually seem to fit compared to where my eyes, nose and mouth are.  I hate buying ones to find the holes either go over my eyes or have huge holes and sag.

Avon Anew Sheet Masks - Brightening with White Pearl Essence

Avon ANEW Brightening Sheet Mask with White Pearl Essence

Nutrient-rich pearls have been used for over 3,000 years in facial treatments in Egypt, China and Japan. It has been known for centuries for its brightening benefits.  My skin is pretty pale but can still look ashy or really red depending on its mood.  So I love brightening masks in general.  I don’t expect miracles from a single mask.  I mean it has taken years of damage, one mask won’t cure it.  But it does help give the moisture that makes your skon more glowy and bright in appearance.

Avon Anew Sheet Masks - Firming with Royal Jelly Essence

Avon ANEW Firming Sheet Mask with Royal Jelly Essence

Royal Jelly is a sweet nectar, composed of water and precious nutrients.  It is fed to the queen bee to help her live longer, be stronger and grow bigger. It is world renowned for firming and anti-aging benefits so why wouldn’t you want to use it.  I tend to use a mask at night so not sure how much firmer my skin is given my whole nightly routine but they certainly pack a punch of hydration.  My dry cheeks were much better after using both masks.

I might pick up the masks if they are on sale and will certainly use the ones I have left but I highly recommend the Moisture Therapy Ultra Hydration line.

Avon NaturaEffects Chia Night Creams

Avon NutraEffects Night Creams - Radiance Ageless Reviews INSTA

I have received a number of skincare items to try out from Avon over the past year or so, but NaturaEffects is one I actually purchased right away.  I was sent two night creams from their NaturaEffects Chia Seed range.  Radiance which also includes Bird of Paradise seed for balancing uneven skintone and Ageless which includes Pomegranate Extract to prevent signs of aging.

I have mostly been using the NaturaEffects Radiance night cream and fell in love with this range.  It also includes Balance and Hydration.  Since my skin has been really combination lately, I picked up Balance in Day Cream formula to complete the range.  It has a mattifying powder included in the cream which you can’t feel but leaves your skin mattified and smooth!
